Library Collection
The Institute of GeoEnergy Engineering has a collection of library materials covering areas such as drilling, economics, geology, mathematics, petrophysics, production and reservoir engineering. This includes a collection of materials gifted by the late Professor John Archer, former Principal of Heriot-Watt University.
We hold the following:
- Periodicals and conference proceedings.
- Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) materials, including the majority of SPE papers from 1985 onwards and most of the SPE journals.
- Wood Mackenzie North Sea Service material which is an important record of North Sea activities from 1973 onwards.
