When can I apply?

The online graduation application system for the Winter 2024 ceremonies will open late September. The deadline date for applications is 22nd October 2024. Late applications will not be accepted.

If you were eligible to graduate in Summer 2024 or at an earlier date and wish to graduate in absentia, you can apply online now. Please see How do I apply?

If you were eligible to graduate before 2011 but have not yet made an application to graduate you should contact the Student Records and Awards Team student-records-awards@hw.ac.uk.
