Each study bedroom is about 12 square metres, including the private bathroom. The bedrooms are grouped around kitchens for the use of 4 or 5 students.

How to apply
Applications for 2024/2025 (full academic year and Semester 1) will open on Friday 1 March 2024.
Applications for Semester 2 will open on 4 November 2024 and close on the 2 December 2024.

What's included in the rent?
The rent includes:
- internet connection (100MB as standard)
- heating
- power
- assisted clean of public areas and kitchens which means you are expected to maintain cleaning standards in your own flat
- basic room contents insurance is included with your on campus accommodation and is provided by Howden. Enter in your policy number HH1074 to check your policy details
- 24/7 SafeGuarding Services who are on hand day and night to deal with any issues that may arise
If you plan on using a personal television or a laptop for internet provider television (IPTV), you will need to buy a TV licence.

Refuse sacks are issued weekly so that you can safely dispose of refuse in the appropriate recycling bins.
