Why did you decide to study at Heriot-Watt University?

Several years ago there was a significant turning point in my life. I made one of the best decisions that I could have ever made. I chose Heriot-Watt University, Dubai Campus. Why I chose it though? Well, their ratings, their faculty, the course itself ... Heriot-Watt is the full package!

What do you enjoy most about the programme?

How it was designed to encourage the students to develop their own personal aesthetics and their identity as a fashion designer.

What will being a graduate of Heriot-Watt University do for your future?

The demands of the industry are extremely high, as it is a very competitive environment, especially in New York where I am studying right now, but Heriot-Watt not only provided me with the tools that have helped me in my current studies, they also challenged me to think more critically about my work and my future career goals. My personal and professional growth in the fashion industry is assured thanks to my experience at Heriot-Watt University Dubai.

What's been the highlight of your time here so far?

Seeing myself grow personally and professionally, into a confident and curious designer.
