Student Service Centre offers services to all students (enrolled and graduates). Students can contact the centre for academic, finance, visa or accommodation queries.

Student Service Centre is located on the first floor of the Heriot-Watt Dubai Campus, Knowledge Park.
Operating hours
- Monday to Friday: 09:30 - 19:00 (Visa and Finance services open until 17:00)
- Saturday: 09:30 - 17:00 (Finance and visa closed)
- Sunday: Student Service Centre Closed .
Ramadan Operating hours
- Monday – Friday: 09:30 - 19:00 (Finance closes at 17:00, Visa closes at 14:00)
- Saturday and Sunday: Closed
