About
Tanya McGuane works with Heriot Watt’s Global College at the Dubai Campus as an Assistant Professor in Psychology. Tanya has a varied background in psychology and education; she holds two UK Master of Science degrees in the field of psychology. Initially Tanya specialised in Sports & Performance Psychology before moving into education. Tanya holds a post graduate certificate in Education, teaching licenses from Ireland and the UAE and prior to joining Heriot-Watt spent six years working for the Ministry of Education of the UAE. Tanya is an accredited psychologist holding Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership with the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS).
