To apply, candidates should submit a covering letter and CV to Ruth Moir, University Secretary (via Lisa Herlihy, L.Herlihy@hw.ac.uk) by close of business on Friday 11 April 2025. Direct applications via LinkedIn will not be accepted on this occasion. Please indicate clearly which position you are applying for in your e-mail.
Your covering letter should briefly address what interests you about the role and how you see yourself helping to develop it during your term. The covering letter should be no more than two pages.
All candidates are also asked to submit an Equality & Diversity Monitoring Form to CourtEandD@hw.ac.uk. The Form has ‘Prefer not to say’ options for any information you would prefer not to disclose. Further information is available below.
Please note that applicants cannot have studied at or been employed by the University in the last five years and cannot be a current student.
Interview panel
The following are likely to be involved in interviews, depending on the role:

- Mike Tumilty, Deputy Chair of Court and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee;
- Marta Phillips, Chair of the Global Student Life Committee; and
- Alan Robertson, Chair of the Infrastructure Committee.
