Project Title
Water content in CO2 and H2S rich natural gas systems at high pressure and low temperature
Abstract
Water content in gas natural gas has a major influence on hydrate prevention and in the design and performance of dehydration units. Instead of that, there is a lack of reliable experimental data, particularly for high CO2 content. As a result, most of the actual methods for water estimation in natural gas are not trustworthy at high pressure, when the water content is very low.
The aim of this project is carry out water content measurements in a wide range of CO2 and H2S concentration at low temperature and high pressure, as well as, adjusting a thermodynamic model for water content estimation.
