Walkie Talky Brewing Co plans to bring an American craft beer structure and style to Edinburgh, breaking the mould of typical UK breweries by building a full on-site taproom, brew school and take away shop, allowing customers to fully immerse themselves in the brewing of WTBCo beer.

Co-founders, Joel Saunderson and Michael Johnstone are graduates of the MSc Brewing and Distilling at Heriot-Watt University and are looking to apply what they’ve learned in the classroom with their 20+ years of combined industry experience to make WTBCo the premier craft brewery in the central belt of Scotland.
