Fashion

We offer a multitude of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes with a focus on Fashion. If you are interested in designing, photography, branding, merchandising and marketing we have a programme that will suit your specific interests and specialisms.

Studying one of our Fashion related programmes will allow you to develop your own personal style and learn key skills as a creative professional through working on a number of live industry projects.

Many of our graduates now work in a number of fields within the industry including fashion designer, pattern cutting and styling, trend forecasting and fashion buying.

What programmes can you study?

BA (Hons) Fashion

Covering a range of market sectors from high-street to ready-to-wear Fashion, from UK and global perspectives. Undertaking internal and external projects will shape your understanding of the worldwide fashion industry.

BA (Hons) Design for Textiles

Learn practical and academic skills working with some of the finest printing, weaving and knitting facilities anywhere in the UK. Our studios and workshops provide a professional creative space, where you’ll benefit from the real hands-on experience.

MA Fashion and Textiles Design

Develop practice-based learning, informed by an in-depth study of design whilst looking to challenge established practice and offer new insights.

MSc Fashion and Textiles Management

Gain an in-depth understanding of business processes and functions within the industry’s creative foundations. Challenge traditional and contemporary uses of fashion and textiles, whilst promoting new approaches and processes in the industry.

MA Fashion and Textiles Design with Industry Placement

Our Fashion and Textiles Design with Placement degree explores concepts and contemporary topics in design, fashion and textiles and its application in a defined practical setting.
