Tackling the issue of womens mental and physical health by creating a womens only gym facility.

Gyms are very male-dominated places which can make a woman feel overwhelmed, as well as certain cultures not allowing women to workout in the same space as men. My project focuses on a women’s only gym facility in Dalkeith helping bring a community of women together.

Empower focuses on empowering women of all ages so they can enjoy working out without the pressure or barriers.
