'Enchanted Garden' by Hiba Aamir

Enchanted Garden welcomes you to a captivating fusion of textile design and the seamless integration of 3D digital garments, AR (augmented reality), and Phygital (physicial/digital) fashion elements that come to life. The project draws inspiration from the enchanting beauty of the daytime garden, skillfully infusing its essence into each print. As the sun sets and night descends, a transformative magic takes hold. The project explores hidden creatures and transformative magic in the textile print by utilising specialised printing techniques such as thermochromic, glow-in-the-dark, invisible, hydrochromic, rainbow crystal ink, and fluorescent printing pigments, which weave a visual tapestry that narrates the tale of these hidden creatures through immersive, sensory experiences that transcend the ordinary.

Beyond conventional wearables, this project envisions a seamless blend of physical and virtual realms. It focuses on 3D digital garments and AR, inspired by the garden's inhabitants, to redefine wearable art and create interactive textiles. Working with phygital design, it aims to reshape conventional fashion concepts.
