Summer Love

As a girl from a country where sunshine is abundant throughout the year, coming to Scotland and experiencing the gloomy weather can have a negative impact on your mood.

That is why I created the "Summer Love" interior fabric and wallcovering design collection. It is my way of rebelling against the gloom by brightening up homes in cooler climates with my designs and the colours I use. The motifs and colours in these watercolour drawings come largely from my home country.

For this collection, I used fabrics such as cotton satin medium, natural cotton/linen, linen, and poly suede, and opted for digital and sublimation printing methods to minimize waste. My hope is that this collection will bring a sense of joy and happiness to homes in cooler climates.
