Hollie’s Island

‘Hollie’s Island’ is a collection centred around the shape and colours found within cell scans and laboratory dyes. My initial honours project was an investigation into the struggle and confusion of certain ailments, but as the year has moved on it has turned into a joyful celebration of my own life, and the importance of recognising my individuality and uniqueness. This is a celebration of living life.

The club wear collection encapsulates the joyous spirit of self-expression and acceptance of oneself. The title stems from my own personality, as this project has become an investigation into my own joy and uniqueness, with the final concept being a fashion collection revolving around me and my growth in comparison to my initial honours project.
