How do I request a transfer (from Malaysia Campus)?

Applications to transfer in Semester 2, January 2027, Academic Year 2026/27 are now open and will close on Thursday 15 October 2026.

If you are an eligible undergraduate, you can now request a temporary or permanent transfer for January 2027 using the MyHWU – Inter-Campus Transfer application on Student Self Service.

Please note we cannot guarantee that your application to transfer will be approved.
