Future years accommodation
We have a limited number of rooms available for returning students for the 2027/28 academic year.
Applications open on Monday 1 February 2027, and students must submit a new application through the Accommodation Portal.
Returning students will have access to an exclusive Early Bird priority booking period, offering a fantastic opportunity to secure a Traditional Ensuite room at the current 2026/27 accommodation rate.
For postgraduate students, a limited number of non-ensuite rooms will also be available to book at the standard 2027/28 accommodation rate.
Please note that the Early Bird rate applies only to Traditional Ensuite rooms. All rooms are subject to availability, are not covered by the Accommodation Guarantee, and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
